News vom 28.03.2025
On March 25-26, 2025, the UGEN Annual Meeting took place at Jagiellonian University – a gathering of the international UGEN network (Una Europa Gender and Equality Network).
During the meeting, participants reviewed the network’s activities to date and developed an action plan for 2025. A key element of the event was a public lecture by one of the network members, Dr. Radhika Govinda, titled "Feminist Politics, Intersectionality, and Knowledge Cultivation."
The hybrid meeting was attended by 15 researchers representing institutions such as Jagiellonian University, Freie Universität Berlin, the University of Edinburgh, Universität Zürich, and KU Leuven.
The UGEN network was established as a result of the mini-grant "UGEN: Dreams or Reality? Doing gender studies and creating equality and diversity at universities in post-pandemic times," funded through Una Europa Seed Funding 2021.
