querelles-net. Journal of Book Reviews in Women’s and Gender Studies
querelles-net brings together the multitude of intradisciplinary, interdisciplinary, and transdisciplinary publications in Women’s and Gender Studies. Academic reviews provide a survey of important new releases and current research focuses.
With the relaunch in spring 2009, querelles-net was created using Open Journal Systems, the electronic journal management and publishing system. From then on, querelles-net has been a genuinely open-access journal. All articles appear under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Germany license (since early 2016: 4.0). According to the terms of the license, the texts involved may be freely used (license, easy-to-understand version).
After 20 years of independent publication, the review magazine querelles-net is now integrated as a section in the Open Gender Journal – a good time to review developments to date and reflect on the consequences for future publication.
